hummingbot/condor — reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a Telegram bot called Condor that lets me monitor and trade with Hummingbot from Telegram. I want to connect it to the Hummingbot Backend API, then use chat commands and button menus to see my portfolio, check profit and loss, view token holdings, monitor running trading bots, and manage active orders and positions.

It should support trading on centralized exchanges like Binance and Bybit, plus DEX swaps and liquidity pool positions through Gateway. I also want setup flows inside Telegram for API servers, exchange keys, Gateway settings, and admin access. Add commands like start, portfolio, bots, trade, swap, lp, routines, agent, servers, keys, gateway, web, admin, and update.

The portfolio view should feel like a dashboard with charts, balances, time periods, open orders, and position summaries. The trading flow should use confirmations so I don’t accidentally place orders. Include an optional AI assistant command for natural language trading help if OpenAI or OpenRouter keys are configured.
