Build me an Android app called Price Book that helps me keep track of product prices in a simple, offline first way.

I want to add products with a category, product name, cost, and unit, then search them quickly, sort them by price or date, and edit prices without making duplicate entries. It should remember the last used category and unit, support a read only mode for people who only need to view prices, and have a recycle bin so deleted items can be restored.

Please also include price history, simple insights, similar item suggestions, Excel import and export, and home screen shortcuts or widgets for search, adding items, and scanning prices. Add a camera and gallery flow that can crop and rotate images, use on device OCR to read item, rate, and unit from bills, and optionally support AI bill extraction with provider settings for things like API keys and model selection. Keep it privacy focused, work fully offline for the core app, and use a clean Material You style with light, dark, and system themes.
