hydralauncher/hydra ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to build a desktop gaming launcher app that can manage my whole game library in one place, kind of like a universal open-source tool for my games. It should let me add the games I own and have a nice profile page that shows my friends what I'm currently playing. A key feature is cloud saves, so it needs to be able to back up my game progress online. It should also have an achievement system.

For discovering new games, I'd like it to have a rich catalog with a smart suggestion algorithm. The overall UI should look clean and modern, like Steam or GOG Galaxy. I know this is a pretty complex project that uses TypeScript, React, Python, and even Rust for different parts, so please set up the entire build environment and make sure all the components work together correctly.
