Build me a small repo that gives people ready made routing configs for Happ, INCY, and Mihomo clients, aimed at users in Russia and Belarus who want smart VPN routing without leaks. I want simple install options for Happ and INCY with both JSON files and deeplinks, plus quick install landing pages that open the default deeplink on the device.

Please include three profiles for Happ and INCY. A DEFAULT one where RU and BY traffic goes direct, YouTube, Telegram, and GitHub go through proxy, and ads are blocked. A WHITELIST one where only approved Russian services and IPs go direct and everything else uses proxy. And a JSONSUB one that is minimal, basically DNS plus custom geoip and geosite rules without extra built in routing.

Also add Mihomo templates that users can paste a subscription URL into and use in compatible clients. Keep the routing tight and practical, with custom geoip and geosite data, minimal junk rules, and protection against DNS or server leaks. Look up current client docs online if needed.
