Build me a Discord bot and companion web app that lets people browse the web together from inside Discord.

I want someone to be able to use a slash command like start, get a private link, and open a shared browser room where friends can watch the same page, hear the same audio, and take turns controlling it. Make it feel simple and polished, with Discord login, a basic backend, and a frontend that opens the shared session in the browser. It should support inviting people to a room, toggling who has control, and working well on desktop and mobile.
