Build me a simple web app called ApolloHub with a dark, glitchy look and four tabs, Home, Link, Updates, and Discord. I want the page to use my own icon and background GIF, with a glow wave style and smooth fade animations, and it should feel like a polished hub site when someone opens it in a browser.

The main thing I need is an anti raw link system. If someone opens the raw link from a normal browser, curl, or Python, it should show a black screen and send them back to the home section. But if Roblox uses the proper loadstring HttpGet flow with the right key, it should return the Luau script as plain text. Each link should have its own id and key, with PlaceId locking and an expiration time.

Also add a small link creation form and a way to list existing links without exposing the source. If you need current docs for deployment or platform details, look them up online.
