Build me a tool that takes a single portrait or character image and turns it into stylized hair cards that are ready for animation.

I want to upload an image, get a few hairstyle variations back, and be able to inspect the result in a simple local web app. It should generate the hair geometry, keep the UVs and colors, and also make the spring bone chains so the hair can move naturally. If possible, let me export the result as a GLB and, for avatar use, a VRM too. A preview animation or head turn would be really helpful so I can quickly check how it looks.

Please make it easy to run locally with clear setup steps, and if you need to, look up the current docs online for anything like model downloads or Blender setup.
