Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a local app that helps me decompile games I own into C and keep tweaking them until the rebuilt bytes match the original exactly.

I want to be able to point it at a ROM or disc image, have it find the game’s functions, and then let an AI agent work through them one by one. It should compile each attempt with the game’s original compiler, compare the output byte for byte, and show me what still does not match. I also want a live view where I can watch progress, see which functions are done, and keep notes from failed attempts so the agent can try again.

It should run on my own machine with no account and nothing uploaded. Please make it support the common retro systems mentioned in the project, and let me connect it to an existing coding agent through MCP or a simple command line setup. If you need to look up current docs online, go ahead.

Are you gonna build this?
