I want a simple local app for voice conversion that feels easy to use, not a research project. The main thing is that I can open it in my browser, load or record audio, choose a voice model, and convert the voice with good quality and decent speed. If training or fine tuning a voice is already part of this project, keep that available too, and make the monitoring option work if possible.

Please make the setup smooth on Windows and Linux or Mac with simple install and run scripts, and keep Docker support working too. The app should start cleanly, show a friendly web UI, and not require me to dig through code just to use it. If plugins or extra customization are already supported here, preserve that without making the basic flow confusing.

Also keep the legal and ethical use notice visible somewhere appropriate. If you need more detail, check the project docs online and wire everything up so it runs end to end.
