Build me a modern food ordering app called FoodieHub that feels fast and polished like a real delivery service.

It should let people browse restaurants, search by name, filter to top rated places, and open a restaurant page with a menu organized into expandable sections. Users should be able to add dishes to a cart, change quantities, remove items, clear the cart, and see the total update right away.
