Build me a simple web app for managing persuratan S2, basically a system for handling letter requests and correspondence for a master’s program.

I want students or users to be able to open the site, submit a letter request with their details, choose the type of letter, add notes if needed, and see the status of their request. I also want an admin side where staff can view incoming requests, update the status, edit details, and keep everything organized so it’s not handled manually in chat or spreadsheets.

Please make the frontend easy to use and clean, and connect it to a backend API so the data is saved properly.
