Build me a Claude Code skill called OPC, short for One Person Company, that acts like a whole team for me.

I want it to take a short request, figure out the right workflow, and then use different roles like PM, designer, security, reviewer, and devil’s advocate to help build, review, and verify code before it ships. It should support a few modes, like a quick review, a build and verify flow, a full stack feature flow, and an autonomous loop that can keep working from a plan file. Make sure the work is checked by independent review and a final gate, so the same agent that builds something does not judge it.

Please include clear commands for things like review, implement, loop, skip, pass, stop, and goto, plus a simple way to install it into a Claude Code skills folder. Add docs, examples, and tests so it feels usable right away. If you need to look up current Claude Code or npm behavior, go ahead and check the latest docs online.
