Build me a photobooth app where people can take photos with a live camera, choose fun frames, add backgrounds and simple filters, and then export the result as a nice photo strip or a GIF.

I want it to work on the web, and also feel like a real app on desktop and mobile. Users should be able to log in, save their work, browse a public frame gallery, and submit new frames for review. There should also be a two person mode where two people connect with a link or QR code, see the same countdown, capture together, and chat while they are in the session.

Please include AI background removal, downloads and sharing, and an admin area for reviewing user submitted frames. Make it look polished and responsive, and keep the mobile version simple if some editor features are too heavy.
