Build me a small Python tool that listens to certstream and catches newly issued domains that look like good reputation sites.

I want it to check whether a site is actually live, filter out obvious junk, and show me only the promising results in a clean way. It should be easy to configure from a simple config file, and I’d like the main script to run from the command line without a lot of setup.
