Build me a news site called skeem that pulls in real articles from a set of news sources, cleans them up, and uses AI to show things like a short summary, sentiment, and an estimated left, center, right framing score for each story.

I want a homepage with a clean grid of story cards, each one showing a quick bias meter, and a detail page for every article with the full story, the AI breakdown, and a few related stories that are semantically similar. It should run mostly on its own, with scheduled scraping and analysis, plus a manual way to kick off scraping and processing when needed. Please make it log what happened during each run so I can see what got found, skipped, or failed.
