Build me a modern full stack app with an Astro frontend and a Hono backend, using type safe RPC calls between them. I want a polished landing page and a few working demo pages, with React islands for the interactive parts, and the rest mostly server rendered for speed.

Use Tailwind and shadcn style components so it looks clean out of the box, and add simple loading skeletons while data is coming in. Include user authentication with Google and GitHub sign in, plus the usual session handling and protected routes.
