Build me a markdown emoji cheat sheet that I can keep in a repo and regenerate from the latest emoji sources.

I want a clean README that lists emojis by category like smileys, people, animals, food, travel, objects, symbols, flags, and GitHub custom emojis. Each entry should show the emoji, its shortcode, and links that jump back to the top and table of contents. Please make it feel like a polished reference page, not a rough dump.

It should be generated automatically from GitHub’s emoji API and the Unicode full emoji list, so if those change I can rerun the project and get an updated sheet. If it helps, include a small script to build the markdown and keep things formatted consistently. Also set it up so the generated output is easy to maintain and can be refreshed in one pass. If you need current docs for the emoji sources, look them up online.
