Build me a web app for school attendance that lets students and teachers check in with a QR code, and also supports RFID cards as an alternative.

I want different roles for admin, staff, and homeroom teachers, with separate dashboards so they can see attendance, manage students, teachers, classes, and edit attendance when needed. Please include QR code generation and printing for each person, attendance reports, import tools for bulk data, and backup and restore for the database and uploaded files.

Also add a public page where students or teachers can request leave or sick status, plus a public page to check attendance history without logging in. The app should handle school holidays, working days, late arrivals, and only count someone as absent after the proper cutoff time.
