Build me a GhostReply app that acts like an AI auto reply assistant for both work and personal chats.

I want a dashboard and API where I can send in a message, pick or detect whether it is professional or personal, and get back a natural reply. For business messages, it should answer from uploaded docs and FAQs, stay factual, and escalate sensitive stuff like refunds, legal threats, or complaints to a human style alert. For personal chats, it should learn from past chat exports and mimic the person’s tone, emoji use, abbreviations, and typing style so the reply feels like them.

It should support different AI providers, including local ones and cloud ones, and have a safe fallback mode if no provider is available. Please include the webhook trigger endpoint, response JSON, and a simple web interface to test messages and see the result. If you need current provider docs or setup details, look them up online.
