Build me a small agent skill called Impeccable Lite that helps stop sloppy looking interfaces.

I want it to be just one SKILL.md file, with no plugin system, no hooks, no CLI, and no extra moving parts. The skill should give clear design judgment for frontend work, with strong guidance for marketing pages, product screens, editorial layouts, and showcase style pages. It should push for good typography, color, spacing, layout, interaction, motion, accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and handling edge cases well. It should also help the agent avoid generic AI looking UI and make more thoughtful decisions.

Keep it practical and easy to install in the common skills folders for tools like Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, and similar agents. Include short setup and usage notes, and make it clear that if a tool does not support skills, the contents can be copied into project instructions instead.
