Build me a local AI job application helper that makes applying for jobs less repetitive. I want to upload my main CV, enter a job title, location, and how many jobs to look for, then have the app search LinkedIn listings, collect the job title, company, location, link, and description, and show everything in a simple web page.

For each job, it should read the description, figure out the important skills and requirements, then create a tailored version of my CV that highlights the most relevant experience. It should also be able to do this in batches so I can generate several customized CVs at once and save them in an outputs folder. If possible, include a cover letter generator too, using the same job description and my CV.

Please make it easy to install and run on Windows or Mac, with a simple browser interface and a basic command line option for scraping and tailoring. Look up current docs online if needed.
