Build me a simple, lightweight DNS and DHCP server from this repo.

I want it to work like a small network service I can run on a Linux machine, with a clean default setup, a sample config file, and an easy way to start it with sensible settings. Make sure it includes the basic pieces needed for DNS forwarding, local name handling, and DHCP support, and keep the example configuration easy to understand for someone setting up a home or small office network.
