Build me a simple Google Colab notebook that lets someone download a torrent just by opening the notebook in the browser and running everything.

I want the notebook to ask for either a torrent file link or a magnet link, then handle the download in Colab, save the files into a Torrent folder, and zip them up into something like Downloaded Torrent.zip so it’s easy to grab afterward. Please make it clear enough that a non technical person can follow it, with quick instructions in the notebook itself on what to click and where to find the downloaded files.
