Build me a terminal app that shows what’s using my network right now. I want to run it on Linux, Mac, and Windows, pick a network interface, and see live bandwidth usage by process, connection, and remote IP or hostname. It should update in real time, fit nicely in the terminal window, and switch to a simpler view if the screen is small.

Please include options to show only processes, only connections, or only remote addresses, plus a raw output mode for easier scripting. I’d also like the ability to turn off hostname lookups, show DNS queries, choose a DNS server, and display total cumulative usage if I want that instead of just current activity.
