Build me a system that lets me run a YouTube channel mostly from my phone.

I want to send a topic to a Telegram bot, have Claude research it, write a script in my voice, and send it back for approval. If I approve it, the script should go to HeyGen to make a full avatar video with captions, motion graphics, and B roll, then automatically upload the finished video to YouTube with the title and description already filled in.

Please include the option to either start from a topic or paste in a finished script, where the script version skips the review step and goes straight to production. Also keep a simple log of each video in Google Sheets so I can track what was made and what stage it is in.
