Build me a simple demo for VORTEX that takes an INSAT 3D infrared satellite image of a tropical cyclone and gives back the cyclone intensity in one of five severity levels. It should feel easy to use, with a clean page where I can upload an image, see the cyclone detection result, and then see the final intensity prediction clearly explained.

If there are already trained models or notebook based code in the project, wire those up so the app can actually run end to end with the sample data in the repo. I’d also like a short results section that shows the output and a basic summary of what the model is doing. Keep it lightweight and practical, and if you need current docs or best practices for any part of it, look them up online first.
