Build me a new React Native app starter using this Ignite boilerplate.

I want the project set up so I can quickly ship a real mobile app with navigation, TypeScript, theming, custom fonts, localization, persistence, and good test coverage already in place. Make the default screens and component library feel polished and easy to extend, and include the usual generator style workflow so I can create new screens, components, and models without a lot of manual setup.

Please wire up the app so it runs cleanly in both Expo and native workflows where that makes sense, and make sure the starter is ready for animations, API calls, and basic debugging tools.
