Build me a simple personal workspace website where I can keep and open my small tools from one place. The repo is basically a backup of my work, so make it feel like a clean dashboard rather than a full product.

I want cards for things like a Copilot token optimizer, an interactive migration guide, a graph generator, a resume screener, a Playwright auto suite, and the dotnet migration folders. Each card should explain in plain English what the tool is for, have an open button, and handle missing or unfinished pages gracefully.

Keep it mostly static HTML, CSS, and simple JavaScript so I can host it easily on GitHub Pages. Make it responsive, tidy up the existing pages if needed, and add a short README that tells me how to run it locally and publish it. If you need details, inspect the files and make sensible small improvements without overcomplicating it.
