inssist/mcp ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a local MCP server that lets Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or Claude Desktop control my own logged in Instagram session through a Chrome extension.

I want it to work only on my machine, connect over localhost, and pair safely with the extension in a way that does not send my Instagram login anywhere else. The server should expose useful tools for reading profiles and posts, checking DMs, replying to messages, managing drafts, scheduling and publishing content like posts, reels, stories, and carousels, searching music and locations, pulling insights, running audience reports, and downloading media. It should handle long running jobs in the background and let the agent check progress later.

Please make the setup easy, so I can add it to an MCP client with one command or a simple config. If anything depends on current browser or extension behavior, look up the latest docs online if you need to.
