Build me a modern Ionic style UI toolkit for building mobile friendly web apps and PWAs from one codebase.

I want reusable UI components that feel native on iOS and Android, work well on the web, and can be used from regular JavaScript as well as Angular, React, and Vue. The main goal is to make it easy to build polished app screens like tabs, navigation, forms, buttons, lists, modals, and other common mobile UI pieces without having to design everything from scratch.
