Build me a local first memory service for coding agents, something I can connect to Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Codex through MCP.

I want it to keep persistent notes about decisions, incidents, runbooks, docs, and repo context, then let the agent search that information later with semantic search plus keyword search. It should feel useful for real engineering work, so the agent can ask things like why a change was made, what happened in an incident, or which runbook matches a problem.

Please make it work with a simple local setup first, store data in SQLite, and support both stdio for MCP clients and HTTP for sharing later. It should also be able to index project docs and allowed repo files, keep knowledge organized by type, and avoid surfacing stale or duplicated info. If possible, include a small console or easy way to inspect what it found, and make the setup straightforward enough that I can run it from the project root without much fuss.
