iptv-org/iptv ? reverse-engineered prompt

I want to create a project that collects and organizes publicly available IPTV channel streams from all over the world. The main output should be a set of M3U playlist files that people can easily use in a video player like VLC.

It should generate one main playlist that contains every single channel, but also create more specific playlists broken down by country and maybe by category too.

The system should be built with TypeScript and include scripts to manage this collection. I imagine it would have a source directory of stream links and then scripts that process them, check their status, and automatically build the final .m3u files. The project should be set up so that these playlists can be easily hosted online, like on GitHub Pages. It's really about creating and maintaining a clean, organized, and up-to-date database of global TV streams.
