irontec/ivozprovider — reverse-engineered prompt

I want a working local demo of this Ivoz Provider project that I can run on one machine and click through without needing to understand the whole telephony stack first. Please set it up as a standalone install if possible, ideally using what is already in the repo for containers or local startup, and make sure the main web portals are usable for the different roles, like global admin, brand admin, company admin, and end user.

The goal is to show the core idea of a multitenant VoIP provider platform. I should be able to sign in, create a brand, add a company and users, and see the basic PBX and SIP related pieces connected well enough for a realistic demo. If full calling is too much for a local setup, mock or simplify only what is necessary but keep the real structure.

Please include sensible sample data, default logins, and a very clear README with exact steps to start, test, and troubleshoot. You can look up current docs online if needed.
