Build me a clean personal website for Ishaque Hassan that can run on GitHub Pages. There isn’t much documentation in this repo, so please inspect what’s already here and turn it into a simple polished static site.

I want a homepage that feels like a personal portfolio, with a short intro, space for links, projects, and a section for codelabs or tutorials since there’s already a codelabs folder. Make it look modern, readable, and mobile friendly, without making it complicated. If there are existing codelab files, organize them into a nice listing page and make sure the pages are easy to read.

Please keep the setup easy to maintain and easy to publish from this repository. Add any basic styling, navigation, and footer that make sense. If something is missing, use sensible placeholder content that I can edit later. Look up current GitHub Pages docs online if you need to.
