issus/altium-library ? reverse-engineered prompt

Build me a polished open source Altium parts library that I can use right away in Altium Designer.

I want it to feel like a real component library, with database backed parts, matching schematic symbols, PCB footprints, and accurate 3D models for lots of common electronics parts. Make the library easy to browse and update, with clear categories, good part data, supplier and datasheet links, and clean BOM support so I can place real parts instead of generic ones.

Please also make the repo easy to understand for someone new, with a simple getting started guide for connecting it in Altium, using the portal, and updating the local files. Keep the library organized so it is obvious where footprints, symbols, 3D models, templates, and BOM related files live. If anything needs current setup details from Altium docs or the project website, look them up online and use the latest info.
