Build me a Python chat tool called WormGPT with a dark hacker style, but keep it as a normal AI client for coding, research, and practice labs. I want it to work in both the terminal and a simple web dashboard. It should connect to OpenRouter with my API key, let me switch between different free models, and save chats with timestamps so I can come back to them later.

Add a local login screen so random people cannot open it on my machine. Let me choose between a polite assistant mode and a red team simulation style mode, but keep it clear that it is for legal educational use. In the web version, include file upload so I can ask questions about a file.
