Build me a self hosted app that turns a plain text script into a finished video on my machine.

I want to paste in a script or a simple job file, click generate, and get an MP4 with voiceover, stock footage or images, burned in captions, and a thumbnail. It should work without paid APIs or watermarks, and it should feel easy for someone who is not technical. A simple web page would be great, and if possible a desktop style launcher for Windows too.

Please make it automatically find relevant free media, create the narration, sync everything together, and export a polished short video that is ready to share.
