Build me a self hostable Discord bot for crypto utilities that works with both slash commands and prefix commands.

I want users to be able to check live coin prices with 24 hour change, look up wallet balances and recent transactions, inspect a transaction by hash, and save their own payment details like crypto addresses, UPI IDs, and PayPal usernames. It should have a clean help menu, ping, stats, invite, support, and a way for each server to change its prefix. Also add a simple developer blacklist so I can block certain users or servers.

Use Discord.js v14 and make the bot feel polished with modern components and nice embeds. Store user and guild data in MongoDB, and use Tatum for blockchain balance and transaction lookups.
