Build me a Windows Python tool for defensive security testing that scans my own machine for where Discord and common Chromium browsers store authentication data, then reports the locations and basic metadata locally.

I want it to be configurable with a JSON file, have a dry run mode, and be able to package into a single EXE with an optional custom icon. It should be easy to run from a batch file too.
