Build me a Claude Code plugin for JackAI Nexus customers that gives expert help right inside Claude Code whenever someone asks a Nexus question.

It should feel like a support assistant that can walk people through getting started, setting up an organization, inviting teammates, connecting WhatsApp Cloud API, WhatsApp Direct, Messenger, Instagram, and Web Chat, configuring the AI assistant and knowledge base, managing leads and statuses, using team portals and notifications, and troubleshooting when channels or replies stop working.

It also needs to help people build MCP servers for Nexus, including how to connect business data and send PDFs, images, and voice messages to customers through the Nexus AI assistant.

Please include a bundled knowledge base so it works quickly without always needing the internet, but let it fall back to the live Nexus docs when needed. Make it installable as a Claude Code plugin and include clear README instructions, example prompts, and contribution notes. Look up the current Nexus docs online if you need to.
