Build me a native macOS app for notched MacBooks that turns the notch into a little live status area, almost like Dynamic Island on iPhone.

It should show things like now playing music with album art and progress, downloads, AirDrop, timers, screen recording, battery charging and low battery alerts, Bluetooth and Wi Fi changes, VPN and hotspot status, focus mode, and lock screen media transitions. I also want it to feel really smooth and Apple like, with springy animations, swipe and drag gestures, and nice blur and corner radius changes when the content moves or hides.

Please make it work on both notched Macs and displays without a notch, where it can become a floating capsule instead. I’d like a settings window too so I can customize the notch size, styling, animation feel, and which screen it uses. Keep it as native as possible in Swift and SwiftUI, and use AppKit where needed for the window and system integration.
