Build me a polished command line app called relay ai that lets me use different AI providers inside the coding tools I already have installed. I want a simple interactive setup where I can add providers once, store secrets safely in the system keychain, browse and refresh available models, save favorite models, and then launch Claude Code, Claude Desktop, Codex, the Codex desktop app, or the Gemini CLI using whichever provider and model I pick. It should remember my last choices, support a dry run preview, and keep the experience friendly for someone who just wants a working wizard.

I also want a local server mode so apps that expect an Anthropic style endpoint can connect through relay ai, plus an option for Claude on Google Vertex with local gcloud credentials. Please make it work on macOS, Windows, and Linux, keep config in a user folder, and include clear help text and docs for install, setup, and common commands.
