Build me a full stack AI web app for education with two main tools in one place.

The first tool should let users upload things like PDFs, slides, links, or video transcripts, then chat with the content and get answers with citations. It should feel fast, stream responses as they come in, and keep working even with long documents.

The second tool should help teachers plan a course by asking them questions in chat while it quietly builds a structured curriculum plan in the background. I want the plan saved as clean JSON so it can update live and not break the UI.

Use a simple modern frontend, a Python API backend, and make sure chat history and saved plans persist across refreshes. If you need current docs for any library or service, look them up online. Also make it easy to run locally with Docker and include the basic environment setup I’d need.
