Build me a small Python app called WormGPT 4 that I can run locally from one file. I want it to feel like a free desktop or terminal chatbot for generating and rewriting text, with a dark hacker style screen and the worm image from the assets folder.

On first launch it should create a local config folder and default settings, then let me type prompts and get generated responses. Add simple controls for tone, length, language, creativity, and how many variations I want. It should support longer prompts, text rewriting, templates, and bulk text generation. Keep the actual content use safe and legal, but make the interface match the WormGPT branding from the README.

Please make it easy for a nontechnical person to run, include clear setup instructions, and package it so it can later be released for Windows or Mac. Look up current docs online if you need to.
