Build me a small web app demo for a refund support agent called ShopFlow AI.

I want a customer chat screen where I can type in a customer email and a refund request, and the app uses a smart assistant to decide if the refund should be approved or denied based on a strict refund policy and some mock customer records. It should show a live admin panel on the side that explains what the agent is doing, like which customer it found, what order it checked, what policy rule it applied, and the final decision.

Please also add voice input so I can hold a button, speak the request, and have it turn into a message. If possible, let the agent read its reply out loud too. Use the mock CRM data and refund policy from the project, and make the app feel like a real support tool, not just a chat box.
