Reverse engineered prompt

Build me a Python package and small notebook friendly workflow for scoring single cell data with senescence gene signatures.

I want a tool where someone can load a single cell expression object, browse a built in collection of mouse and human senescence signatures, search signatures by genes, merge related signatures into tissue specific or more universal sets, and then score cells against a chosen signature. The score should show up nicely in the cell metadata so it can be used in downstream analysis and plotting.

Please make it easy to use with AnnData and scanpy style data, and include a couple of simple example notebooks that show the main flow, like loading the signatures, checking what is available, and scoring an example dataset. If there are any current best practices or docs I should follow for single cell libraries, look those up online if needed.
