Build me a starter Obsidian vault for an AI augmented Second Brain. I want it to help me capture notes, organize them with the PARA method, distill useful ideas into techniques, and connect everything with Obsidian wikilinks so the vault feels like a living knowledge graph instead of a folder dump.

Set up clear folders for Projects, Areas, Resources, Techniques, Journal, People, Archive, Templates, and Attachments. Include simple example notes that teach the system while showing how the links work, like a project for building the vault, an area about Building a Second Brain, a resource about PARA, and a technique like Progressive Summarization.

Please add reusable note templates for each type of note, with consistent metadata and sections that an AI assistant can understand. Also include GitHub Copilot style skill instructions for finding knowledge in the vault, creating new notes, and updating existing notes without making things up.

Keep it beginner friendly, with a README that explains how to open it in Obsidian and start using it.
