Build me a private expense tracker I can self host for myself or a household.

I want a clean web app and a native iPhone app that both use the same backend, so I can quickly log purchases, income, and recurring bills from anywhere. It should keep a full ledger with search, filters, categories, tags, receipts, notes, locations, and CSV export. I also want monthly and yearly budgets, a dashboard that shows where I stand, charts and insights, recurring transactions, simple forecasting, and a way to review imported bank transactions and match them against what I entered. It would be great if I can set up rules so repeated merchants get categorized automatically.

Please make it run well on a small home server, use SQLite by default, and store money as cents. Keep it private, easy to back up, and secure with login and token based access for quick purchase logging from shortcuts or automations.
