Build me a Flutter app for students and researchers to work together on academic projects in one shared place. I want people to be able to create projects, invite collaborators, write and edit research content together, share files or resources, and leave peer review feedback so a group can move from early research to final review without jumping between tools.

Please connect it to Supabase for the database and backend setup, using the existing setup docs and schema files if they’re helpful. Real time collaborative editing should be a main focus. Cloud sync and social login can be included as work in progress areas if they aren’t fully ready yet, but the app should still feel usable in beta.

Make the interface clean and academic, not too flashy. Include sensible screens for login, project list, project details, editor, resources, and review comments. Look up current Flutter and Supabase docs online if you need to.
