Build me a Claude Code plugin that shows a live HUD under my input so I can always see what’s going on while I chat with Claude.

I want it to display the current project path, git branch, context usage, token or usage limits, active tools like read and edit, any running sub agents, and todo progress as it changes. It should feel clean and readable in the terminal, with a simple default view and a way to turn extra details on or off. I also want a setup command that makes it easy to configure the status line the first time, and a configure command later if I want to change the layout, colors, language, or how much detail is shown.

Please make it work like a normal Claude Code plugin, with the HUD updating live as Claude does things, and keep it stable across different terminal widths. If you need current Claude Code docs or plugin details, look them up online first.
